Innovation: a small tool for capturing eggs in a shell.

If the egg mixer works as promised, your egg will come out of the shell and the egg yolk and egg will be mixed together. You can use soft or soft cooking, stir-frying, stirring, or turning them into what Geraint Krumpe, the creator, calls “golden eggs,” which when they appear are called egg-yellow, soft yellow.

“I was fired from a company that had worked for me for 11 years,” Krumpe said. When asked how it all started. “So I have to be creative.”

Krumpe, who founded a product design company, was browsing YouTube’s video last year for inspiration. “I found a scientist spinning an egg in the sleeve of video, so I said,” I have to try this, “he said. I stayed up late, broke a pile of eggs and tried to get them to work.

Eleven months later, after extensive development and testing, Krumpe and his company released what he called “golden goose” kitchen creations. It rotates back and forth in the egg, mixing the egg yolk with the egg, without introducing any outside air. Place eggs in a soft cradle and keep the center in place to prevent movement interruptions.

The device stirred the eggs in the shell in 15 seconds.

“You don’t put any external air or any other gas into the mix of protein and fat, and it allows the chemical to have cooking benefits because you can achieve a range of different flavor characteristics, even different colors, depending on the temperature and time of the egg,” Krumpe said.

Imagine all the golden eggs! Krumpe tells us that a hard-boiled egg is like a delicious cream cake. If you just beat the egg into the shell and put it in the pan, you can create a delicious scrambled egg dish because you’ve never stirred it in the air outside. There is also a little washing.

“So you don’t have to wash your forks and dishes, and it’s recommended that you spend a lot of time cooking, putting eggs in the fridge for breakfast or baking. “It doesn’t take much effort, it’s the best way to compete,” Krumpe said.

The invention received financial support, with more than $60,000 from 1,800 supporters, well above its $34,500 funding target.

With the money, it plans to make equipment for donors this summer and bring the geese directly to consumers. Krumpe said it retails for about $24, but could not be sold as early as November.
