A train carrying republican lawmakers hit a garbage truck in Virginia.

A U.S. national railway train near charlottesville, va., carried house and senate republicans in an annual retreat in West Virginia to attack a garbage truck.

At least one person was killed, according to a statement released by White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
